Founded in 1959, Altaquímica began as a distributor of raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry. Through consistent dedication and effective management of customer and supplier relationships, the company quickly established a solid reputation and strong presence in the sector. In response to rising demand, Altaquímica later expanded its operations by acquiring a new 5,500 m² warehouse near Barcelona. As the company evolved, it further broadened its scope to include ingredients and additives for the food industry—a move that earned it notable recognition in this growing market.
