Abido Trading and Industry Co. was founded in 1950 in Beirut by Mohamad Abido Shehade as a sole proprietorship and became a joint-stock company in 2021. Specializing in the food industry, particularly spices and seasonings, the company imports a wide range of spices, which undergo strict quality checks before being stored, ground, blended, and packaged in various sizes to serve both local and international markets. Recognized as a leader in the spice sector, Abido exports to Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe, Canada, the United States, and beyond. The company holds an ISO 22000 certification and operates a retail store in Beirut, reinforcing its commitment to quality and customer trust.
