Pacovis Gıda was established in 2008 as a joint venture between Pacovis AG (Switzerland) and Kütaş Tarım (Turkey). Combining the global spice sourcing expertise of Kütaş Group with Pacovis AG’s innovative approach to food additives, the company serves the Turkish food industry by sourcing products directly from origin and processing them at its facility in Izmir to meet specific customer requirements.

In addition, we develops functional blends tailored to food regulations and customer requirements through its team of experienced food technologists. We also offer customized combi solutions for a variety of meat products—including emulsified meats, fermented meats, coated products, döner kebabs, burgers, and meatballs—by combining functional ingredients with flavoring agents to ensure both performance and taste.
