Bodén & Lindeberg is a fourth-generation Swedish family-owned food company that has been in operation since 1862. The company began with Axel Bodén’s spice shop on Stora Badstugatan in Stockholm and has grown into a modern food enterprise. It specializes in importing and distributing spices, nuts, seeds, chocolate, and dried fruits across the Nordic region. With a strong emphasis on flavor and tradition, Bodén & Lindeberg is dedicated to bringing global tastes to local pantries while also helping to shape new culinary experiences. Operations are based in Danderyd, Sweden, with a logistics center in Kungsängen, where spices are ground and blended in the company’s own facility. At this site, the company uses its own mill to produce high-quality spices and spice blends tailored to customer needs, ensuring security and control at every step of the process. Bodén & Lindeberg has earned BRC AA certification for food safety and quality management, a recognition maintained since 2005. The company also holds certifications including ecological certification, KRAV, and RA-certified cocoa, and is a member of SEDEX, supporting responsible sourcing and ethical business practices.
