Mevsim Gıda, founded in 1993, operates two production facilities one located in Turanköy, Bursa, and the other in Salihli, Manisa. The Bursa plant features two IQF tunnels and two static freezing tunnels, with a yearly production capacity of 35,000 metric tons. The Manisa facility is similarly equipped and has a capacity of 20,000 metric tons annually. Specializing in the cultivation, processing, and export of fruits and vegetables, Mevsim Gıda supplies about 65% of its production to European Union countries, the United States, and the Far East, while around 15% is sold within the local market. The company’s primary agricultural operations are centered in the Yenişehir/Bursa region, just 12 km from its main site, and it also practices contract farming with nearby landowners. Crops grown on Mevsim Gıda's own fields include cherry tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, Brussels sprouts, Granny Smith apples, and Williams pears.

The company also supplies GLOBAL GAP-certified produce such as oranges, lemons, mandarins, figs, pomegranates, melons, and tomatoes. It is one of the leading cherry tomato exporters and a key supplier of citrus fruits, offering both manual and mechanical harvesting methods. The Salihli facility is strategically located for optimal production of grape varieties (Sultana, Crimson, Blackfinger), Aydın yellow figs, and melons, enhancing the company’s regional and product strengths. Mevsim Gıda is especially known for its fig production, leading the industry in both fresh and frozen categories with an annual output of 3,500 metric tons, including Bursa Black and Aydın Yellow Lob figs.
