Kurt Gurme, the food branch of Kurt Group—active in construction, agriculture, and livestock since 1960—is a family business that has been present in domestic and international markets since 1980. The company cultivates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables across Turkey under organic, good agricultural, and GlobalGAP practices, producing everything from citrus fruits and figs to plums and goji berries. In 2009, Kurt Gurme established Turkey’s most modern greenhouse on a 5-hectare area, positioning itself as a leading exporter of tomatoes to Europe, while also producing its own seedlings in the country’s most advanced nursery. With a strong focus on traceability and sustainability, Kurt Group ensures quality by regularly conducting soil, water, and pesticide analyses from seedling to harvest.
