Founded in 1990, Bowlander began by supplying UK-grown IQF herbs and UK-processed purees of European garlic and ginger to food manufacturers. This coincided with the rise of celebrity chefs promoting global cuisines, prompting supermarkets to expand their offerings of exotic ready meals. This shift drove demand for high-quality, ready-to-use spices, herbs, citrus, vegetables, and grains. Today, we stock an extensive range of ingredients stored year-round in the UK. In 1998, we introduced bespoke and value-added ready-to-use product lines.

Since then, we’ve developed and successfully launched thousands of custom recipes, available in bulk, sachets, or dip pots. Our knowledgeable team provides dedicated customer service alongside strong technical support.
