About Valsemollen A/S
Valsemøllen A/S has been rooted at the Esbjerg harbor since its establishment in 1899. Over the years, the company expanded with additional mills in Køge and Svendborg.
When it first opened in Esbjerg, Valsemøllen played a key role in supporting the city's growing commercial activity.
It symbolized the shift from traditional milling to modern industrial methods, being equipped from the outset with the latest technology of the time—vertical steel rollers replacing the conventional horizontal stone mills. Today, Valsemøllen continues to meet modern demands by producing flour using both roller and stone milling techniques.
