Founded in 2011 by Kamal Zabidat, our company is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are a dedicated team specializing in trading, processing, and distributing a wide variety of bakery seeds, grains, pulses, rice, herbs, and spices to retail, bakery, and confectionery markets worldwide. Thanks to our philosophy, dedication, and competitive approach, we have become one of the leading players in our segment in terms of traded volumes.

Our success stems from our passion: sourcing commodities from developing countries, educating local farmers and processors, and ensuring that every product meets our customers’ specifications. Whenever possible, we process commodities locally, or otherwise reprocess them upon arrival. We manage our own sourcing projects in Africa (Tanzania, Somalia, Burkina Faso, and Ethiopia) and South America (Colombia, Paraguay), while also collaborating with accredited suppliers and certified processors in the EU. All of our operations are supported by certifications we have obtained, including IFS Broker, EU Organic, and Bio Suisse.
