"Profesjonal" SP. Z OO, founded in 1992, has focused from the very beginning on freezing and processing both conventional and organic fruits and vegetables. Our production facility is based in Adamów, near Zamość, within the Roztocze region, an area known for its fertile soil and unpolluted environment, free from heavy industry. We source our raw materials from this clean, agriculturally rich region. Located in the Lublin Voivodeship, one of Poland’s largest and most reputable farming areas, we are situated in the heart of the country’s main raspberry and cherry-growing region. Over the years, we have built lasting partnerships with trusted suppliers who deliver high-quality raw produce. We work exclusively with growers committed to top-grade materials. Our primary offerings include frozen raspberries, strawberries, cherries, blackcurrants, and redcurrants. Additionally, we process a wide variety of fruits and vegetables such as elderberries, gooseberries, rhubarb, chokeberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, bell peppers, pumpkins, and custom fruit blends, tailored to client specifications. We produce approximately 8,000 tons of frozen fruits and vegetables annually.
