Founded in 2004, BT FOOD is a leading Turkish manufacturer of premium-quality sun-dried and oven semi-dried tomato products. In May 2012, the company moved into its state-of-the-art facility in Torbalı, İzmir, covering 3,700 m² indoors and 9,000 m² outdoors, with dedicated areas for sun-dried and oven semi-dried processing. Equipped with in-house microbiological and chemical laboratories, as well as an R&D department, the facility is designed according to HACCP guidelines and holds BRCGS A Grade and IFS High-Level certifications. BT FOOD cultivates its tomatoes under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and works closely with contracted farmers under the supervision of agricultural engineers to ensure compliance with Turkish, EU, and Codex Alimentarius standards.
