In 1928, Reverend Ira Weaver founded Weaver Popcorn Company, personally growing, shucking, and bagging popcorn before delivering it to customers by horse-drawn wagon. Working alongside his son, Welcome, Ira set the company’s mission: to provide the world’s best-tasting, highest-quality popcorn at the most affordable price.
