Founded by visionary entrepreneurs Cesar Zorrilla and Thomas Tidow on May 17, 2011, our company was born from a mission to bring health to the world through the promotion and cultivation of chia. Overcoming early challenges, we established a robust production network with small and medium-sized farmers in Paraguay, backed by cutting-edge technology and a strong commitment to quality. Today, we proudly operate the most advanced chia plant in the region and maintain full control over our entire production process.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Paraguay, with a monthly capacity exceeding 440 tons, is the only one globally equipped with proprietary Thermoshock Technology—a chemical-free heat treatment that ensures food safety by significantly reducing microbial load and eliminating biological contaminants. This in-house innovation, along with strict production protocols, guarantees a consistently high-quality product that our clients can trust.
