Nataïs began from the founder's deep-rooted passion for farming, inspired by his upbringing in a German farming family. A visit to the U.S. introduced him to popcorn farming, sparking the idea to grow popcorn on his family’s newly acquired land in southwest France. Starting with just 2 kg of seeds, he spent years experimenting with varieties and techniques suited to the local soil and climate. Initially met with skepticism, he persisted by learning from industry players and improving processes. By 2006, Nataïs launched a major industrialization plan to become Europe’s popcorn leader. The company’s success is built on long-term, trust-based relationships with farmers, employees, and partners, all united by a shared passion for popcorn.
