Pistachos De la Mancha, established in 1988, is Spain’s pioneering pistachio producer with over 1,000 acres of pistachio orchards in Castilla-La Mancha, the historic land of Don Quixote. As the only Spanish company cultivating both conventional and organic pistachios, we specialize in the Kerman and Larnaca varieties—renowned for being among the most flavorful in the world. From harvesting and classification to roasting and packaging, every step is carried out with cutting-edge technology and rigorous quality control. We are dedicated exclusively to pistachio production and proudly invest 5% of our income into research and development to continuously enhance our quality and sustainability.
