Peter Paul Philippine Corporation

Founded on June 29, 1946, just days before the Philippines gained independence, Peter Paul Philippine Corporation became one of the early corporate pioneers of the newly sovereign nation. Located in Barrio Pahinga, Candelaria, Quezon Province, the company was established to manufacture desiccated coconut for its then parent company, Peter Paul Inc. of Naugatuck, Connecticut, USA, known for Almond Joy and Mounds chocolate bars.

Strategically built in the heart of Luzon’s coconut plantations, the 13-hectare facility benefits from a year-round supply of fresh, premium coconuts, and is situated approximately 100 kilometers south of Manila.
