Since 2004, Nilbatu Foods has been among the leading suppliers of dried vegetables, providing sun-dried and oven-roasted tomatoes (also known as semi-dried tomatoes) from its base in Izmir, Turkey. Over the years, the company has expanded its operations to a 15,000 m² indoor facility, adding a wider range of products including dips and sauces, roasted mixed vegetables, roasted peppers, and canned peppers in brine.
