Our advanced processing facility is situated on a 26-acre property in Corsicana, Texas, approximately 50 miles south of Dallas. Spanning over 200,000 square feet, the plant has the capacity to shell more than 50 million pounds of pecans annually. Navarro Pecan has earned the trust of numerous national and international food manufacturers. Our pecans are used in a wide range of well-known food products, including those in the ice cream, confectionery, cereal, snack food, and bakery sectors. Designed for maximum quality, hygiene, and efficiency, our facility is built to support high-volume operations. Features like quarry tile flooring and modern processing lines ensure we consistently deliver some of the highest-quality pecans on the market, all while maintaining cost-effective production. Operating 24/7 year-round, we process both native and improved (paper shell) pecan varieties. Our on-site refrigeration system allows us to store over 20 million pounds of pecans, preserving peak freshness for shelling throughout the year. In addition, we utilize a network of refrigerated storage facilities across the U.S., enabling reliable distribution of in-shell and shelled pecans to customers nationwide and internationally.
