Founded in 2021 by David Olson, the company emerged from his background in marketing grains like soybeans, corn, and wheat. Recognizing the untapped potential of chia, and with the trust of local producers already behind him, David set out to introduce their product to international markets. These markets required top-tier quality and food safety standards, inspiring the creation of Mora Cué Alimentos a chia processing facility built from day one to meet the expectations of the world’s most demanding buyers.
