As the third generation in our family's pistachio business, the journey of institutionalizing the Fıstıkçı Gıda brand began in 1995, rooted in the knowledge and experience passed down from our predecessors. Since then, our top priority has been producing high-quality pistachios under hygienic conditions that meet international standards.
Pistachios require exceptional care, skill, and experience throughout every stage—from cultivation to processing and packaging. In the late 1990s, challenges with traditional processing methods prompted us to seek innovative solutions in collaboration with industry experts to meet global hygiene and quality expectations.
These efforts led to a major transformation between 2002 and 2006, when we established a state-of-the-art, high-tech integrated facility dedicated to pistachio processing under strict hygienic conditions—laying the foundation for Fıstıkçı Gıda’s continued growth and excellence.
