About Ecosac Agricola

We are a forward-thinking, dynamic company that began in 2001, initially dedicated to farming sea shrimp in freshwater ponds. Over time, we expanded into agriculture—starting with peppers and eventually adding table grapes. We take pride in having played a key role in transforming the Middle Piura Desert into fertile, productive land. Today, we offer the most diverse selection of table grape varieties in South America, with 16 types. In addition, we cultivate Tahiti limes, avocados, and several pepper varieties, including piquillo, bell, tear, crystal, and corera. Our business model is designed to consistently create thousands of direct employment opportunities. During peak hiring seasons, we employ around 8,000 workers and, to date, have provided formal jobs to over 30,000 people from Piura and across Peru. Our operations include 500 hectares dedicated to aquaculture, around 2,000 hectares of farmland, three processing facilities, and a shrimp hatchery located in Constante Cove, Sechura province.
