Founded in 2010 in the Denizli industrial area by Muammer Çaputcu, who brings over 35 years of industry experience, Berkiz Gida specializes in producing natural, healthy, and high-quality nuts for the international market. Operating on a 5,300 m² site with a 2,100 m² covered area, the facility is equipped with advanced color-sorting systems, fully automatic roasting machines, and modern packaging technologies. The company holds BRC, Kosher, and Halal certifications and is a member of the International Nut Council (INC), reflecting its global standards. While roasted chickpeas remain its flagship product, Berkiz Gida also produces and packages a wide range of nuts and dried fruits, exporting to more than 20 countries—primarily across the European Union.
