Today, with our in-house production lines, we supply high-capacity fig paste tailored for the fig roll industry. Operating under the name Yücebaş Food Co., we have established a strong presence in the dried fruit sector. As a family-owned business, we specialize in producing industrial dried fruits, following in the footsteps of our founding generation—pioneers in creating diced and paste machinery for dried fruit since 1964. Using our own equipment, we process dried fruits into diced and paste forms. We offer both organic and conventional Turkish-origin products. By streamlining the entire supply process—eliminating the need to find producers, manage communications, and handle broker logistics—we provide all necessary ingredients with a single order, saving time and effort.
