Yılmaz Fındık Entegre Şirketi is a family-run business with a 45-year legacy in the trade of agricultural products. Founded in 1968 in the Çarşamba district of Samsun, the company originally operated as a grain store, dealing in a broad selection of agricultural goods—most notably, hazelnuts.

In 1987, the company expanded its operations by launching a hazelnut cracking facility in Çarşamba, operating under the name Otolar A.Ş. to serve both domestic and international markets. By 1990, the company continued to strengthen its role in the hazelnut industry.
