ELENA is a family business. We have been involved in freeze-drying for three generations. These years of experience have allowed us to refine the technology almost to perfection. We have modern production on a global scale using a highly specialized and innovative machine park. Drawing on family tradition, we are dynamically developing production and undertaking many innovative projects. Our freeze-dried products are of the highest quality, and the ELENA brand is a Polish company worthy of trust – known all over the world. Since 2011, we have expanded our activity to include the production of dietary supplements based on fish collagen. These products have become extremely popular, thanks to their properties. This is a relatively new branch of our production, of which we are extremely proud.
