SOTUDEX, established in 2001 by Mr. Mohamed Sahraoui, reflects both his professional expertise and personal vision to showcase Tunisia’s renowned date varieties. Building on years of experience, he founded the company to specialize in premium Tunisian dates, including Deglet Nour (branched, standard, and processed) as well as local varieties such as Allig, Khouat Allig, and Kenta. These products are marketed under the brands Salammbo, La Perle du Sahara, and La Reine, or through private label partnerships. With an annual production capacity of 3,000 tonnes, SOTUDEX exports to markets across the globe, including Europe (Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain), the Gulf region (UAE, Qatar), Asia (South Korea, Maldives), and Africa (Mauritania, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Mali).
