Senocak Company, founded in 1953 in Ordu on Turkey’s Black Sea coast by Ismet Şenocak, is a 100% family-owned enterprise now managed by his son Cem Şenocak and grandsons Ismet Yiğit Şenocak and Mert Şenocak, and has been one of Turkey’s largest hazelnut exporters since 1987. Initially focused on shelled and raw hazelnuts, the company expanded in 2006 with an integrated facility producing roasted, blanched, diced, meal, and paste hazelnuts, reaching an annual capacity of 15,000 tons of raw and 10,000 tons of processed hazelnuts. Holding certifications such as ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, UTZ/Rainforest Alliance, Kosher, Halal, and Ecocert Organic, and as a member of Sedex and the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC), Senocak continues to deliver premium conventional and organic hazelnuts worldwide with a strong commitment to quality and sustainability.
