Padovana Macinazione S.r.l.

We are Padovana Macinazione S.r.l., a family-owned Italian milling company based in the Veneto region, operating since 1956. Originally founded as an artisan mill, our company has been run by the Ferraro family for three generations, with the fourth generation now entering the business.

We supply both large-scale food manufacturers and smaller processors with a broad range of milled grains, seeds, herbs, and spices. Our facility includes 7,000 square meters of warehouse space with controlled, refrigerated, and deep-frozen storage to preserve ingredient quality. A separate 4,000 square meter warehouse is fully certified for gluten-free materials, with all incoming products tested by accredited laboratories before storage.

We hold BRC certification and Demeter (biodynamic) certification. Our facility runs on photovoltaic energy. We operate on Ex Works (EXW) terms and serve clients in English and Italian.
