Otisa SA

Otisa is a small organic sugar mill based in Arroyos y Esteros, an isolated region of Paraguay with limited connections to the outside world. The company works with small, scattered sugarcane farms and has built a cooperative model centered on environmental care and producer involvement. Over the past decade, the network has expanded to include more than 800 certified farmers, with additional growers in the process of certification.

All Otisa products are 100% organic and free from genetically modified organisms. The company is committed to promoting sustainable agricultural practices that protect fertile soils and safeguard vital water resources. Alongside this environmental mission, Otisa supports fair trade principles, encouraging positive social and economic development for the families and communities that depend on sugarcane cultivation.
