Orskov Foods traces its origins to the heart of Denmark, in the small town of Oure on the island of Fyn—an area long known for its fruit-growing heritage. It was here that the Ørskov family began the journey that continues to shape the company today. Our foundation lies in the cultivation, processing, and distribution of fruits, berries, and related raw materials. What began in 1943 with our founder riding on horseback to sell locally grown fruit at market has evolved into a modern, dynamic production and trading company. With facilities in Denmark, Poland, and Chile, we now serve both the international food industry and Danish retail—still proudly led by the Ørskov family.
