Founded in 1989 and strategically located in Brazil’s main peanut-producing region, NUTOIL LTDA. has steadily grown into the country's largest exporter of peanut kernels and crude oil, representing 20% of the sector’s exports. The company began with a focus on extracting peanut oil in Bariri-SP and Itápolis-SP, processing about 70 to 80 tons of raw material. In 2004, NUTOIL expanded its operations by acquiring and renovating a plant in Catanduva-SP, significantly increasing its production capacity. In 2008, NUTOIL established its Grain Processing unit, followed by the Benefiting unit in 2013, both located in Taquaritinga-SP. These developments marked the company’s entry into the grain market. In July 2021, the grain units earned the prestigious BRCGS-AA Global Food Safety Standard certification, a recognition of NUTOIL’s commitment to product quality and service excellence. Today, the company’s industrial operations are concentrated in Catanduva and Taquaritinga, where it produces raw and blanched peanut kernels, crude oil, and peanut meal—key ingredients used by food manufacturers for human consumption and by the animal feed industry.
