Molino del Genil was established in 2007 with the initial purpose of milling olives harvested from its partners’ groves. The oil mill was built on the estate “La Suerte,” located in the municipality of Écija (Seville). To manage operations effectively, Molino del Genil S.L. was created, bringing together all stages of the olive oil value chain: from production and processing to the commercialization of oil, mainly sold in bulk by local farmers. Our mission is to pursue excellence at every step starting in the field with sustainable cultivation, continuing through careful harvesting, precise extraction, and proper preservation. At Molino del Genil S.L., our team is committed to ensuring that each olive is transformed into premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional quality.
