MILEI’s production headquarters is based in Leutkirch im Allgäu, in the scenic southwest of Germany—surrounded by mountains and lush meadows. From this location, we produce our premium range of products derived from milk and whey. Most of our whey is sourced from local cheese manufacturers, ensuring exceptional ingredient quality.

As seasoned specialists in proteins and the world’s leading producer of lactoferrin, we serve customers across the globe. By enriching and isolating the valuable components in milk and whey, we are steadily positioning ourselves as a quality and performance leader in powdered and functional high-protein derivatives throughout Europe and Asia.
