The Pelladoni family's legacy in milling dates back to 1770 in San Fermo di Piubega (MN), as documented by historical records preserved in the local rectory. With over 240 years of expertise in cereal processing, the Pelladoni family has a longstanding tradition in the industry. We source crops directly from our partner farmers and store them in our facilities using chemical-free refrigeration systems. The raw materials are then carefully processed in our primary facilities, powered by renewable and clean energy, to produce high-quality ingredients.
