Our company entered the food industry in Istanbul in 1989 with the first generation, beginning with the trade, packing, and export of fresh fruits. In 2009, the second generation established Kalkan Organic Agricultural Products in Aydın, expanding into organic and conventional dried fruit processing, including dried figs, dried apricots, hazelnuts, chestnuts, dried raisins, poppy seeds, and conventional fruits. With over 30 years of experience, we have become one of the leading exporters in the sector, operating from an 8,000 m² factory equipped with modern facilities such as vertical and doypack packaging, thermoform vacuum packing, electro-activated water washing, conveyor and microwave dryers, moisture adjustment systems tailored to customer needs, and X-ray inspection. Today, we proudly cooperate with leading companies across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.
