Raised in an entrepreneurial Dutch family with deep roots in the spice trade, it was only a matter of time before Lilian followed the same path. After completing her master’s degree in Law, she soon realized the legal world wasn’t where her true passion lay her future belonged to spices. Mentored by her father, Jan Kees Hottentot who recently retired she learned the craft of trading spices, seeds, herbs, and dehydrated vegetables. Today, with years of experience behind her, Lilian carries forward the family tradition through Hottentot Herbs & Spices BV, delivering the same expertise, quality, and service that have defined their name.
