HJS Condiments Limited was formed in 1993 as a joint venture with Japan and Europe; with an idea to introduce retail packs of ‘value added’ pickled vegetables into the international market. Our main targets were to be fast-food chains, restaurants, hotels and, supermarkets. Today, HJS Condiments has transformed into a successful global operation, exporting locally grown and processed value-added fruit and vegetables products to the North American and European markets. We are responsible for 62.5% of Sri Lanka’s fruit and vegetables exports with our products delivered to over 52 countries across the globe.
