GPR was established by a young couple who gained experience through their family’s other business ventures. The family entered the hazelnut industry in 2013 by setting up a modern production facility in western Georgia, a region known for its traditional nut cultivation.

In 2019, the company expanded by opening a hazelnut drying and storage facility in the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia, an emerging area for hazelnut production.

With these two facilities, GPR is well-positioned to source high-quality raw hazelnuts from across the country. Today, the company is recognized as one of Georgia’s leading producers and suppliers of natural and semi-processed hazelnut products.
