ERTÜRK Üzüm ve Tarım Ürünleri A.Ş. was founded in 1985 in Manisa by Ersan Atılkan and Yusuf Öztürk, initially operating a cotton gin factory before expanding into dried fruits with a primary processing facility for Turkish sultanas in 1998. Committed to quality and innovation, the company entered the organic market in 2012 and is certified by ECOCERT, AA-level BRC, KOSHER, HALAL, and a SEDEX member for over 15 years. ERTÜRK supplies major global clients, including Marks & Spencer, Mars, Nestlé, Mondelez, United Biscuits, and Kellogg’s, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons in bulk and 4,000 tons in retail packs, achieving a turnover of approximately €35 million.
