ERSU is one of Turkey’s largest fully integrated facilities, capable of processing a wide range of local fruit varieties into concentrates and pulps, bottling them as juice, and preserving them through advanced cold storage and quick-freezing techniques. With a total area of 200,000 m² of open space and 40,000 m² of covered production space across its Ereğli and Niğde locations, ERSU handles 200,000 tons of fruits and vegetables annually, producing up to 50 million liters of fruit juice and 150,000 plastic barrels per year. As a vertically integrated operation, the company exports its products globally. ERSU plays a key role in connecting Turkish agriculture to international markets by exporting fruit juices and concentrates. It supports local farming through contract-based cultivation of tomatoes and carrots, which are then processed into tomato paste and carrot concentrate for global distribution. Beyond food products, ERSU also exports fruit juice processing technology, machinery, and technical expertise, and has successfully established turnkey modernization facilities in countries such as Iran, India, and China.
