Our product range includes fibres, starches, malt extracts, proteins, flours, and gums, which are primarily supplied to food processors and manufacturers of value-added ingredients. While most of our clients are located in the UK and Ireland, we also accommodate export requests.

Additionally, we produce select ingredients under our own brand, including rice, tapioca, and waxy maize starches. Founded in 2003, we operate as a privately owned company. Daymer Ingredients Limited holds a BRCGS Agents and Brokers certification with a top “AA” Grade rating.
