Pondok Daya is an Indonesian company that produces and supplies organic coconut sugar, offering a healthier alternative to refined sugar. Our products are made from the sap of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) and are rooted in the traditional Indonesian sweetener known as gula merah. This sugar is further processed into granulated or crystal coconut sugar—also referred to as brown sugar or palm sugar—which is used in both traditional and modern food industries as a natural sweetener or sugar substitute. Since starting in 2009, Pondok Daya has focused not only on product quality but also on social and environmental responsibility. We work closely with local farmers to ensure fair partnerships, support sustainable agriculture, and encourage community development.
