Our sister company SANTIS has acquired Cargill’s production sites of Locust Bean Gum in 2019 and the trademark VISCOGUM™. With three manufacturing sites in Morocco, two in Fes and one in Essaouira, and over 30 years of experience. We are able to supply a wide portfolio of carob products: Strict quality control and efficient laboratory techniques to conduct analyses and establish specifications: chemical, organoleptic, physical, and microbiological as specified by international standards.
