Founded by the Çancılar Group, which has been active in various sectors since 1989, Çancılar Raisin Processing Plant began operations in 2012 in Ahmetli, Manisa, Turkey, on a 12,000 m² site with 6,000 m² indoors. Built on decades of investment in vineyards covering 1,000 decares and yielding 500 tons of seedless raisins annually, the facility processes both its own harvest and grapes purchased from long-term farmer partners. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including laser sorting and metal detection systems, the plant ensures raisins are carefully calibrated, de-stemmed, washed, cleaned of foreign matter, and hygienically packed for global consumption. With continuous investments in advanced technologies and quality systems, the company is working toward ISO 22000 and BRC certifications to align production with both Turkish and international food safety standards.
