Blonk Quality Ingredients

Blonk Quality Ingredients is a company specialized in the production of teff, which is grown and processed in Spain. Moreover, we also offer other anciant grains with high nutritional values. Blonk was born in 2008 with the purpose of developing Teff’s farming in Spain, astonished by its extraordinary properties. We started with this project because we wanted to make Teff accessible to the whole world without extracting it from Ethiopia and Eritrea, where it is a staple food crucial to the local population. Besides being committed to quality nutrition, we also care about the Spanish local and rural economy, where the cultivation of Teff has had a positive impact on both the farmers and the environment. In fact, one of the reasons why we started with Teff is due to its sustainability as we are strongly concerned with the environment and dessertification.
