The Billings Family produces, harvests, and processes premium California almonds for the global market. Through vertical integration, we oversee every stage from planting the orchard to delivering a product that delights our customers. Our family-owned hulling, shelling, and processing facility, Pacific Almond, is among the few in the industry independently audited by the American Institute of Baking and the HACCP program.

We also partner with a select group of outside growers neighbors and longtime family friends whose trusted methods and shared values align with our own.
