The olive tree, a vital source of nourishment for humanity for thousands of years, originates from Anatolia. Over time, it spread to regions with favorable climates, including Greece, Italy, Africa, Spain, France, and America. Our company, ARDES Zeytincilik A.Ş., stands as a symbol of quality and flavor, backed by 92 years of accumulated experience and expertise. With a forward-looking approach and commitment to innovation, we have introduced numerous advancements to the sector, including being the first in Türkiye to produce pasteurized olives. We continue to lead the industry by investing in the development of new technologies. Recognizing the direct impact of food on human health, we maintain strict quality control at every stage of production. Our factory, located in the Aydın Organized Industrial Zone, operates with high-capacity, modern technology, enabling us to expand our exports.

We offer a wide variety of Turkish olive types, including Gemlik, Memecik, Domat, Yamalak, Uslu, Ayvalık (Edremit), and Kaba, prepared as whole, pitted, sliced, stuffed, scratched, cracked, and Kalamata black and green olives.

Our packaging options include tins, glass jars, vacuum packs (trays and bags), and PET containers. Additionally, we source regional vine leaves, processing them for export in vacuum packs, jars, and PET packaging.

We also supply capers, imported from various countries, available in canisters, PET bottles, and jars.

Currently, our products are exported to the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, the United States, and Russia. We look forward to expanding into new international markets in partnership with you.
