Alfa Foodline, a member of the esteemed Alfa Group, is a leading producer and supplier of premium raisins in Uzbekistan, renowned for its quality and reliability. Their vineyards span over 150 hectares in the fertile Jomboy district of Samarkand, including 2 hectares dedicated to grape drying with advanced technology that avoids ground contact.

The company operates a modern processing facility covering more than 4,000 square meters, alongside over 3,000 square meters of climate-controlled storage to maintain stable temperatures year-round. Alfa Foodline employs over 40 full-time staff and hires an additional 100 to 150 seasonal workers during harvest. High-quality raisins are produced using state-of-the-art equipment from top manufacturers such as Turkey’s Bigtem and Belgium’s Tomra.
