4. Buying and selling – offering conditions

4.1 Offering food products

5. Price, payment, duration and upgrade – downgrade

5.1 Subscription models

Chosen subscription model ne be wòle define prices, volumes, options kple service si Nutrada le be applies to your User account. How does it work? By clicking subscription models, User le be wòle view options kple features le different models. Applicable prices kple terms to that model le be shown. More information available here.

5.2 Price and Payment

User le be obliged to pay price si kple chosen subscription model. Price le be payable each year in advance. Services related to chosen subscription model le commence within reasonable term after conclusion kple payment of subscription agreement. All prices ƒe be exclusive of turnover tax (VAT) kple other levies si government impose. All prices by Nutrada le in euros kple User must pay in euros. Nutrada reserves right to modify pricing kple terms at any time. Such changes become effective upon next renewal, billing, upgrade alo downgrade.

Information from Nutrada records le be conclusive evidence about Services delivered by Nutrada kple amounts owed by User, without prejudice to User right to produce evidence to contrary.

Amounts owed must be paid by User in accordance with agreed payment terms, payment terms on invoice, alo if no term mentioned, within 30 days from billing date. User may not suspend payment nor set off amounts owed.

If User fails to pay or pays late, User owe late payment charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding amount without demand for payment or notice of default. If payment not received before each new subscription year, Nutrada will revoke access to User account until full payment received. If payment not received within 30 calendar days of billing date, Nutrada may also deactivate User account. This without prejudice to Nutrada other legal kple contractual rights.

5.3 Duration

Unless indicated otherwise subscription agreements entered into for one year and automatically continued each year unless terminated by either party.

User may terminate Account at any time by sending e-mail to admin[at]nutrada.com with subject “Delete Account”. Upon termination: (A) User no longer entitled to use Services related to account, and (B) User not entitled to any refund of fees.

5.4 Upgrade – Downgrade

If User elects to upgrade account, billing date of next renewal remains same. However, User billed immediately for pro-rata portion of fee for remainder of current billing period.

If User elects to downgrade account, Nutrada will not provide pro-rata refund for applicable billing period. Downgrade effective immediately.
