Shares Uganda Limited is engaged in the development, financing, processing, and export of value-added organic and conventional agricultural products in Uganda, working directly with small-scale farmers. Certified organic growers receive ongoing training and support to boost productivity and secure fair, profitable incomes through guaranteed procurement. Our main export products include sesame seeds, dried bird’s-eye chilies, and chia seeds. In partnership with Shares Consultancy, we also provide consultancy and training services for farmers. Additionally, we offer seed processing services to local producers, traders, and exporters. At our facility near Kampala—equipped with climate-controlled rooms for natural fumigation—seeds and grains are cleaned to a purity level of at least 99.95%. Located in a spacious, green setting about 20 miles from Kampala, just past Mukono on the way to Jinja, our factory handles the storage and processing of seed crops from across Uganda.
